The Entronix MR (Maintenance Round) application is designed to assist building engineers in conducting maintenance rounds for industrial equipment within large facilities. Users can easily register to the device by scanning their Entronix user account QR code provided by the administrator. Once registered, initiating a round is a straightforward process of clicking a button. Users can select a round available to them, which will then display the necessary forms to be completed. By scanning each QR code during routine maintenance, users can access the corresponding form. All data is stored on the user's device, allowing for offline operation with alerts for lost or available network connections. Completed rounds are submitted to the cloud for processing and can be exported as digital reports.
